We are BW platinum and do very few reviews but this hotel earned one -- outstanding! Breakfast buffet excellent, views beautiful, the overall experience wonderful - a very pleasant rather luxurious stay in a rather remote village.

It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.

Free shuttle between the airport and the hotel. Friendly staff. The room is very well equiped. I highly recommend this hotel if you travel there.

Hotel SØMA Sisimiut is located just 25 mi from the Polar Circle and offers a 24 hr reception and a cafeteria. Sisimiut Harbor is just a 5-minute walk from the property. Wonderful modern hotel up the hill from the ferry terminal and fairly close to most businesses. Good onsite restaurant and delicious included breakfast of cereal, bread, cheese, juice, etc. They are very organized and did a great job even though it was very crowded with groups. Set 15 minutes’ walk from the town center of Ilulissat, HOTEL SØMA Ilulissat has spectacular views of the world famous Ilulissat Icefjord. Lovely room, great view and was handy having the little kitchen, I didn't use it but would be great for anyone looking to save money.
