Finally, James is the best host: helpful, full of information about the house and a great cook. The breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs and homemade marmelade. In conclusion, a perfect romantic night for you and your partner.

The photos don’t do it justice. the property is gorgeous , absolutely perfect for group gathering. There is so much space for drinks and dinner , the kitchen is amazing! we had a big dinner for 10+ - plenty of glassware / dishware / platters for the event . It was spacious but cosy….Abbeyleix is a lovely little town with a few local pubs , nice bakery, convenient supermarket, gift shop… it’s so cute! Ross , the host, is brilliant ! Very friendly , helpful , accommodating , knowledgeable… such a nice guy. We were sad to leave when our stay ended!
