I recently stayed at Palazzo Bezzi Ravenna Hotel and had the best breakfast I've ever seen! The service was polite and the prices were good. The personnel were top notch, very helpful and serviceable. They even provided me with a very early to go package with breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed a particularly memorable evening watching a distant storm in the mountains under the protection of a large gazebo drinking very good wine made from grapes grown on the slopes below us, eating prosciutto, salume and cheese with bread dipped in the olive oil of Torre del Marino which is of excellent quality.

The staff at Hotel Bisanzio went above and beyond to help us with restaurant choices, what to see, getting to the cruise terminal and general area information. They are all so kind and welcoming. The Ravenna area was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is absolutely the best. We were within walking distance to the sights, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.
