The room was generously spacious, offering a high level of comfort. It had a modern touch, with the convenience of an in-room iPad for accessing menus and requesting services, such as e-bike rentals. The location is excellent; reaching the cathedral and the commercial district within just a 10-minute walk.

New in 2019, this 5-star boutique hotel is ideally located on Victoria Street in the city of Christchurch, among a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. Rooms were extremely well appointed and perfect sized for two people. Perfect walking distance to everything in City Center, all restaurants and entertainment. Also extremely easy to get to from the Airport there and back on bus 29. Amenities such as espresso pods and tea, milk and sugar in the room made the morning and evening easy. We also enjoyed the free laundry in the 4th floor and we were able to do a quick load. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and knew how to help us get around and get quickly into our rooms when we arrived early.

I truly recommend the hotel. Good service forth and back to the airport. We got large, clean and excellent room. Good service, helpful and kind. Definitely will return to this place

The apartment was spotlessly clean. So much so we thought we were the first guests to stay in it. Really comfortable, great view of the lake and the night sky (fantastic to see this in this area). Everything was there to make your stay hassle free. Andrea at reception was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

From $138 per nightThe view is utterly stunning. I could not stop taking photos, as the light changed, and impressed me all over again. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the space and variety of places to sit to read when not distracted by the view. The weather all over NZ was atrocious, so we went with plenty to keep us entertained, but none of it needed. While the rest of Canterbury shivered and dealt with the rain and gale force winds, we strolled about Akaroa spotting birds and enjoying mild winter sun.

reception was open 24 hours, very fast turnaround on any service, helped us immensely with finding our luggage with the airport, great with directions etc. really makes you feel like a star. was the perfect room for our honeymoon. they even gave us a little note and a few gift chocolates when we said it was our honeymoon! very good.

We booked a cabin for 3 nights. Us and our 2yr old and 4yr old. The cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a lovely little deck area then onto a lawn which was perfect for the children. A playground in the main camping area also fab. Toilets and showers really close. Everything was clean and the owners are lovely. We had such a great time.
