Staff was exceptional, we even had a power outage due to weather and they all handled it amazingly.

On the banks of the Willamette River, and less than a mile to the University of Oregon, this Eugene hotel features an indoor pool. All rooms include free Wi-Fi and a daily continental breakfast. We arrived 2 hours early and extremely jetlagged and when I asked if there was any way to get into our room a little early, we were upgraded to a suite. We had been traveling for almost 20 hours at that point and had another 30 hours more to go to get to our home in Chile. So the upgrade allowed us to rest before the next leg of the trip. We had turned in our rental car so the snacks were a lifesaver and not expensive, we were able to warm up wraps in the microwave and have something decent to eat since walking to a restaurant was a bit far. The staff were so kind to put us into an upgraded room with a sofa to sit on rather than just the bed. And since we were so tired, and needed to check out at 3am the next day, the extra 2 hours in the room really helped us relax and rest and made us so happy.
