“Outstanding service with attention to detail, is the hallmark of the Duke of Richmond. This is one of the best hotel customer service we have experienced. We were a group of 10 in 6 rooms. All the rooms are clean and tidy with some having excellent sea views of the entire harbour. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever experienced with excellent variety. The swimming pool is sizeable and the perfect temperature. i accidentally left my phone in the bar before going out for a meal one evening and a member of staff found me further down the road and returned it to me. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again when we return to Guernsey.”

“The Moores is Central and has great access to the town and to the ferry ports - ideal if you are travelling to the off-islands. Room was a little tired and the shower screen ineffective. The hotel location whilst good suffers from noise from nearby pubs/clubs.”
