Beautiful hotel, great location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they helped us find our way around the city, recommended excellent restaurants, and got us a taxi. The breakfast is superb. The room was beautiful, the beds very comfortable. All praise for a hotel that is worth this much money!

조식은 그다지 추천하지 않지만, 다른 서비스들은 훌륭합니다. 목요일 저녁에 1층 바에서 공연을 하는데 저렴한 가격의 음료와 함께 즐길수있어요

도착하자 마자 너무 친절한 입구 직원분! 쿠바 출신이라시며 사진도 잘 찍어주시고 이런 저런 다정한 이야기도 해주고! 리셉션 직원분들도 다 너무 친절하시고! 특히 택시를 멀리서 불러서 저를 안전하게 해준 시몬! Simon!! 너무 너무 고마워요!

The hotel is perfect in all aspects. Helpful and amazing staff, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Maggie gave us the necessary information, Fabio arranged a baby cot in the middle of the night and transferred our luggage to our room when we were out. I was amazed and grateful by how much support we got. Good quality coffee and teas are available for free until 10pm. The hotel itself is sparkling clean, smells good, and has a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to the staff for the excellence of the place.

Great design, very comfy beddings and amazing pillows, blackout curtains and soundproof room. Perfect for a good night of rest. Nice roof terrace. Unfortunately I had no time to try the Spa and the Michelin restaurant. I’ll be back!

I like the staff and facilitlies. Pool was amazing at the roof. The weather was cold, I couldnt swim but it was great view. Room was super comfy. I highly recommend it. For singles and couples, you can find whatever you want.

Location is perfect, easy access to public transport and walking distance to some points of interest. Spacious, clean, well-furnished room and bathroom, everything looks new. Comfy bed and pillows, hot high-pressure shower. Friendly staff, helped me with everything I needed and the cleaning lady was super kind. There’s fruit, soft drink, water, coffee, tea and some bread available. You can use the small kitchen twitch sink, microwave and an electric water boiler (but do clean it before using it, since not all guests are that careful).

It's a cute little place on the 2nd floor of a residential building. Our room was cute and clean and fairly sized, breakfast was good, location is great. They even made us a small take-away breakfast when we notified that we'll have to check out early for our flight.
